Cancellation & Refund Policy

Confirmation of registrations will be subject to availability & timely receipt of payment.

Registrations are transferable within your organization (to a colleague) on request any time.

If you are not able to attend due to change in your schedule; you can:

    a)  Join in a future session or

    b)  Send a replacement or

    c)  Ask for 100% refund (20-30% cancellation fee is applicable).

Your registration is valid up-to 24 months from the date of registration.

Prices stated here DO NOT include taxes of any kind. Import duties and / or local taxes / GST / VAT, if applicable, are NOT INCLUDED in these prices and the same has to be borne by the client.

Registration allows us to use the name of your organization in our marketing activities as our customer.

A) Registration Policy

Registrations are transferable within your organization (to a colleague) on request till one day to go before the event.

In the case of a change in your schedule or any other reason owing to which, you are not able to attend a workshop, no worries. Just inform us and you will receive 100% credit for your payments which will allow you to join in a future event.

You can avail your registration anytime within 24 months from the date of registration.

In case, you would like to exchange your confirmed registration for a workshop with another workshop or certification program by us; you can avail the same anytime.

In the case of cancellation and not able to send a replacement

B) Event Cancellation Policy

Doctrine technologies reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, to change the location of an event. If Doctrine technologies postpones a conference, registration payments will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate may send a replacement or ask for a refund.

Doctrine technologies is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism or hostilities.

• All cancellation, rescheduling and substitution requests must be notified to us by email at Support@doctrinetechnologies.com
• You are not eligible for refunds, if you have accessed and downloaded the course material.
• All refunds will be credited back to your account within 10-15 business days of the refund request.
• Refunds or credits for rescheduling the training cannot be issued for non-attendance.
• Doctrine Technologies may modify its refund policy at any time without notice, provided however that the refund policy in effect at the time of any transaction shall apply to such purchase despite any subsequent change in such policy.
• If you do not notify in writing about your cancellation or reschedule, or do not attend the training, you would not be offered a refund, nor the option to reschedule.

A booking can only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Admission to the event will not be granted unless full payment has been received. 

• Doctrine Technologies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Doctrine Technologies is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class.
• You will not be charged for the training and will be offered full credit to a future workshop or full refund as per your preference.

• You are free to change your batch at any point of time before the commencement of the workshop, at no extra charge.
• If for any reason you are unable to continue or complete the workshop, we would be happy to accommodate you in a different batch of the same course, at no additional cost.
