For recruitment experts and development teams seeking new team members to expandthe team skills, both from a technical and mindset perspective, the traditional hiringprocedure is most of the times bureaucratic and slow. About Speaker:
Experienced  organisational agent and deployment manager with experienced in product  development, deployment and portfolio management. Strong operations  professional skilled in Telecommunications industry and retail  digitalisation industry. International speaker and business consultant.  

For  over 27 years Norma has been engaged as software developer and  maintenance engineer, trainer, process engineer and Deployment Manager  in Ericsson. She was also intensively involved in the Agile  transformation at Ericsson ICT Center Aachen, acting as change agent,  scrum master, coach and consultant for Ericsson customers. Furthermore,  as passionate Agilist, she was one of the main drivers for the Community  of Practice strategy at Ericsson ICT Development Center Aachen.
 

She is a well-known public  speaker with international reputation at Agile and DevOps conferences,  where she has been invited at Agile Tour London, Scan Agile Helsinki,  Agile Practitioners Tel Aviv, delivery of Things World Berlin, Agile  Austria Graz 2018, etc… Furthermore, she contributes to the Agile  community with publications like InfoQ.
